Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. Successful candidates will uphold our high quality standards and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care, ensuring a positive experience for every patient. Excellent communication skills are critical in our collaborative and fast-paced clinical environment. This is a full-time role based in one of our Nashville clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements.
- Exhibit clinical proficiency in nursing tasks, including accurate medication administration, setting up sterile fields, and ensuring proper equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly, following company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members, including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators, to facilitate daily clinical and surgical schedules.
- Document clinical and surgical notes accurately and appropriately.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently.
- Follow established policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention rates by providing top-quality care and experiences.
- Assist in various clinical and surgical functions as required.
- Maintain professionalism and adaptability in working with diverse personalities.
- Engage in additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
