Overview
We are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to become a vital part of our dedicated team, committed to upholding our high-quality care standards. The perfect candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for patient care, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for our clients. Exceptional communication skills are essential for navigating our collaborative, fast-paced, and high-demand environment. This is a full-time position based in one of our state-of-the-art clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Execute nursing duties with clinical competency as an LVN, including accurate medication administration, sterile field setup, and proper equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to company standards.
- Effectively communicate with the healthcare team, including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators, regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
- Document clinical and surgical notes thoroughly and accurately.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service at all times.
- Consistently adhere to policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Enhance physician patient retention by providing top-notch patient care and experiences.
- Support all aspects of clinical and surgical environments.
- Exhibit professionalism and maturity while collaborating with diverse personalities.
- Assist with various projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
