POSITION OVERVIEW
The Asset-Backed Financing (ABF) Portfolio Monitoring Unit (PMU) plays a critical role in actively managing asset-backed investments, encompassing risk assessments, refinancings, restructurings, reporting, modeling, and valuation. This team collaborates closely with KKR’s investment teams, servicers, and counterparties to enhance performance across a diverse portfolio. This position specifically focuses on real estate-backed investments, particularly European non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios and development lending initiatives in the UK and Ireland. The role offers substantial early responsibility in evaluating and approving a high volume of loan-level credit decisions, providing direct exposure to restructuring and recovery scenarios, alongside monitoring and analyzing real estate-backed lending platforms. Over time, the successful candidate will assume greater responsibility for managing assets and portfolios.
