Job Title: Logistics Manager - Omnichannel Operations (3PLs & Freight Forwarding)

Our logistics infrastructure includes multiple 3PLs and freight forwarders across North America, ensuring efficient operations.
As a Logistics Manager – Omnichannel, you will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound logistics for our expanding portfolio. This role is crucial in driving performance and accountability across our 3PLs, freight forwarders, and retail fulfillment partners, guaranteeing the timely and cost-effective movement of goods on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee Global Inbound Freight: Manage freight forwarders and carriers for imports from contract manufacturers worldwide, ensuring compliance with cost, timing, and regulatory targets.
● Supervise 3PL Operations: Cultivate relationships with various third-party logistics (3PL) providers domestically and internationally. Foster operational excellence, cost management, and adherence to KPIs for direct-to-consumer, marketplace, and retail fulfillment.
● Manage Outbound Logistics: Coordinate outbound fulfillment across multiple channels including direct-to-consumer, FBA, FBM, drop-ship vendor programs, and retail replenishments.
● Facilitate Cross-Functional Launch Coordination: Collaborate with product development, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure new product launches align with fulfillment readiness and inventory strategies.
● Performance Management: Establish and monitor SLAs, scorecards, and KPIs for all logistics partners, focusing on order accuracy, timely delivery, inventory integrity, and cost efficiency.
● Optimize Supply Chain Flows: Identify and implement logistics process enhancements, network design alterations, and innovative solutions to support omnichannel growth and geographic expansion.
● Reporting & Analytics: Provide leadership with metrics and dashboards detailing logistics performance, including costs, transit times, and on-time delivery rates across all channels.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment management, including at least 3 years managing 3PL and/or freight forwarding partners.
- In-depth knowledge of omnichannel fulfillment processes, including direct-to-consumer, Amazon (FBA/FBM), and retail replenishment operations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex logistics networks and driving operational improvements.
