As the Manager of Partner Operations in Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency, ensuring timely food delivery, and optimizing the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with various teams to minimize delays and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with commercial and logistics teams to minimize restaurant delays and improve food preparation times.
- Partner with regional vendor performance teams to implement projects that enhance the customer ordering experience.
- Engage with account managers to create a comprehensive performance optimization process.
- Provide regular updates to country heads and Managing Directors regarding project status and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration by delivering data-driven insights to meet platform-wide objectives.
- Work closely with commercial, logistics, and product teams to enhance partners’ operational efficiencies.
- Define project scopes and timelines, ensuring alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate complex data effectively to senior executives, preparing for potential objections.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to enhance reporting and process improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Own and drive Vendor Performance KPIs, crafting a roadmap for achieving targets.
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights that improve efficiency.
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively, ensuring logistics efficiency and an excellent user experience.
- Implement and monitor performance improvement procedures in collaboration with local teams.
- Conduct training for internal stakeholders on vendor operations and products.
- Manage vendor products, collaborating with product teams to enhance performance and user experience.
- Monitor performance across markets, addressing bottlenecks before they escalate.
- Initiate projects based on business needs to foster sustainable improvement.
- Coordinate the rollout of changes with stakeholders and senior management.
Team Management:
- Lead a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence and drive performance improvements.
