We are currently in search of a meticulous and proactive Logistics Specialist, Retail Operations to join our Retail Logistics team, supporting operations across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM. This pivotal role will primarily concentrate on retail execution while also participating in broader omni-channel logistics and order management initiatives as required.
The selected candidate will oversee the complete retail lifecycle—from purchase order management through routing, distribution, compliance, delivery performance, chargeback mitigation, and returns. Additionally, they will be responsible for KPI tracking and performance enhancement for designated retail partners.

This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
