Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Operations & Support:
- Provide first-line support to hotels by assisting with daily tickets, loyalty-related inquiries, and operational requests.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to understand their challenges and identify strategies for enhancing performance and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor recurring issues, highlight trends, and assist the central team in implementing effective solutions.
Operational & System Support:
- Review system accuracy for both Minor DISCOVERY and GHA DISCOVERY platforms.
- Support operational activities including campaign checks, account adjustments, and onboarding validations.
Training & Engagement Support:
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly training webinars for hotels, covering scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
- Assist in onboarding new hotels to ensure a seamless integration into the loyalty program.
- Maintain up-to-date training guides and resources.
Reporting & Insights:
- Help prepare weekly and monthly performance snapshots.
- Conduct basic data analysis using Excel to identify trends and operational opportunities.
CMS & Digital Learning:
- Gain exposure to CMS platforms and assist with simple content updates as part of the learning experience.
- Learn how loyalty content and campaigns are integrated into guest-facing channels.
