The Opportunity
Join us as a Sales Consultant in our John Lewis concession in Newcastle. This is a part-time role requiring 25 hours per week on an 11-month fixed-term contract.
Your role as the embodiment of our brand involves delivering exceptional customer service and sharing in-depth product knowledge. You will guide customers through their journey, offering personalized selling experiences and providing sensorial interactions through services like fragrance consultations and hand massages. Additionally, you will support the team with general store tasks such as stock management and store maintenance.
