About the Role
This position reports directly to the EMEA lead for the Veeam Data Cloud M365 business. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Commercial Territory Managers (TM) within their territory, ensuring a world-class sales experience for our customers. By collaborating with Veeam TMs and the Veeam Data Cloud M365 specialist, we aim to deliver the highest value in sales experiences, assisting customers in establishing robust data protection and resiliency strategies. This role will also involve close interaction with Microsoft to leverage the Veeam + Microsoft partnership for co-selling opportunities.
As an M365 Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales and growth objectives within your territory for the M365 data protection business. You are expected to have a deep understanding of Veeam's Data Cloud M365 products and support Field pursuit teams to enhance win rates, increase deal sizes, and accelerate sales cycles. This role will carry a quota focused on Veeam Data Cloud M365 and is expected to drive sales cycles for opportunities exceeding $100k ARR. Additionally, you will work alongside a solution engineer who specializes in the Veeam Data Cloud M365 business, focusing on securing customer decisions while demonstrating value, while the solution engineer will concentrate on technical decisions.
Your responsibilities will include crafting and maintaining a strategic plan to exceed targets, providing weekly deal forecasts, becoming an expert in competitive strategies in the M365 data protection realm against Veeam's primary competitors, and developing compelling value-add and ROI scenarios for customers to secure their decisions. Deal commercial management will be contingent upon multi-product opportunities where the Veeam TM will manage the entire business process.
