ABOUT THE ROLE
Trend Capital Holdings Inc is in search of a skilled and forward-thinking Machine Learning Engineer who possesses expertise in digital marketing and campaign optimization. In this role, you will be tasked with designing, testing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that monitor and forecast advertising performance, effectively translating machine learning insights into measurable revenue growth. This position demands a professional who can bridge technical acumen with business strategy.
Your main responsibilities will include developing machine learning systems that automate data collection, extracting valuable insights to streamline ad campaigns and optimizations. You will oversee projects from initial concept through to full production, persistently seeking innovative ways to establish self-sustaining, efficient processes utilizing the latest AI technologies.
This role is perfectly suited for individuals passionate about pioneering machine learning applications, driving business impact, and transforming complex datasets into automated, revenue-generating solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and sustain machine learning-driven systems and automations to enhance marketing performance, budgeting, attribution, and creative optimization.
Leverage AI tools and APIs to swiftly prototype and deploy solutions that improve internal processes and consumer-facing products.
Integrate with marketing platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) to gather data, automate decision-making, and optimize campaigns.
Create automated models and decision pipelines for various applications, including bidding, targeting, media mix modeling, and multi-touch attribution.
Employ statistical rigor to assess experiments, model performance, and marketing results.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to convert business needs into machine learning-powered solutions.
Analyze key financial and growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and spending efficiency, integrating them into optimization strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning or AI development, including the creation of proprietary models or the effective deployment of open-source models.
Proficient in integrating AI tools and the capability to develop production-grade applications.
A demonstrated tinkerer/hacker mindset.
Comfortable with experimentation, rapid prototyping, and swiftly learning new tools.
Strong coding fundamentals.
PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS
A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and attribution models is a plus.
