Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Develop LLM solutions tailored to customer data, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, natural language querying of structured data, and content generation.Build, scale, and enhance customer data science workloads, applying industry-leading MLOps practices for deployment across diverse domains.Advise data teams on architecture, tooling, and best practices in data science.Engage in public speaking at conferences, such as the Data+AI Summit.Provide technical mentorship to the broader ML SME community at Databricks.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define priorities and influence the product roadmap.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in building Generative AI applications, including RAG, text-to-SQL, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs using tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.Hands-on experience with machine learning and data science tools including pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.Proven experience in deploying production-grade machine learning models on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.A graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.A strong passion for collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering business value through machine learning.[Preferred] Familiarity with Databricks & Apache Spark for processing large-scale distributed datasets.
