Program Overview
Our Postdoctoral Research program is tailored for candidates who have completed their PhD within the last two years and have been engaged in their field as a researcher, educator, or industry scientist since graduation. Candidates should demonstrate independence in defining their research strategy within a domain while also applying innovative solutions to our products. The program duration ranges from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 12 months, with possibilities for extension based on organizational needs and personal aspirations.
