Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our team, you will help redefine the electric pickup and rugged SUV market by:
- Managing the Paint Shop's internal stores, including all machine spare parts and production consumables.
- Utilizing SAP to establish new inventory items at appropriate stock and minimum/maximum levels.
- Adjusting minimum/maximum levels based on usage trends to prevent stock shortages.
- Collaborating with Controlling and Purchasing to oversee Frame Contracts with suppliers.
- Working alongside Purchasing and Maintenance to identify alternative suppliers for cost reduction.
- Contacting suppliers to verify part specifications, costs, and updates as needed.
- Generating reports to monitor stock performance, including out-of-stock items, late deliveries, overstock, and obsolete parts.
- Communicating any issues or delays to Paint Shop Leadership that may impact plant operations or maintenance activities.
