About the job
- Conduct general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance servicing, and glass replacement.
- Respond swiftly to resident requests for work orders and inform management upon completion or delays due to supply shortages.
- Oversee daily repairs and general upkeep of the community.
- Perform routine maintenance on vacant units prior to new resident move-in.
- Manage the care, maintenance, and inventory of all community and company-owned supplies and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of all company-provided tools.
- Report any unusual incidents regarding the property or residents.
- Adhere to the required uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Provide courteous and efficient responses to resident needs.
- Keep amenity areas such as pools, fountains, and hot tubs in pristine and operational condition.
- Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies consistently.
- Possess thorough knowledge of company policies.
- Seek opportunities for personal growth and professional development.
- Be available for on-call work as needed.
