Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS) has developed the Logistics Operating Stack (L.OS)—a comprehensive platform that facilitates fleet operations, automates compliance, enhances digital workflows, and fosters ecosystem connectivity throughout the logistics value chain.
As we transition into the next phase of scaling and monetizing our platform, we are seeking a passionate individual to drive revenue growth and commercialize innovative demand-generating modules, including:
- Regulatory and compliance solutions (e.g., HAZMAT)
- Embedded financial instruments
- Insurance-linked products
- Transaction-based services
- Value-added operational tools
Role Overview
The Manager – Logistics Platform Monetization & Scale will be responsible for:
- Accelerating revenue growth across existing L.OS deployments
- Launching and commercializing new monetization modules
- Identifying new demand levers within the fleet and logistics ecosystems
- Collaborating with product teams to transform new features into revenue streams
- Activating ecosystem partnerships that promote scalable adoption
This role focuses on scaling and expansion rather than early-stage development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Scale
- Achieve defined revenue targets for the L.OS
- Expand existing deployments across fleets and operators
- Drive adoption of multiple sites and modules
2. Platform Monetization Expansion
- Identify high-potential monetization themes, including:
- Regulatory compliance modules (e.g., HAZMAT)
- Financial services and embedded finance
- Transaction-based services
- Insurance-linked solutions
- Develop structured commercial cases for new modules
- Facilitate market adoption of new revenue features
3. Demand Generation & Vertical Expansion
- Create vertical-specific playbooks
- Recognize emerging use cases across the logistics ecosystem
- Partner with product teams to prioritize revenue-driving enhancements
4. Strategic Account Development
- Enhance relationships with current fleet and logistics customers
- Transition from single-module deployments to platform-level adoption
- Establish long-term commercial partnerships
5. Ecosystem Activation
- Collaborate with:
- Fleet management providers
- Financial service partners
- Insurance industry players
- Telematics and compliance providers
- Structure revenue-sharing or transaction-based models
Required Experience
- 5–8 years in:
- Logistics technology platforms
- Fleet management SaaS
- Embedded finance within mobility
- Compliance automation or transaction management
