Bosch Mobility Platforms & Solutions (MPS) has developed the Logistics Operating Stack (L.OS) — a comprehensive platform designed to enhance fleet operations, automate compliance, streamline digital workflows, and foster ecosystem connectivity throughout the logistics value chain.
As we embark on our next phase focused on scaling and monetizing the platform, we are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead revenue generation efforts for the L.OS platform and commercialize new, demand-generating modules such as:
- Regulatory and compliance solutions (e.g., HAZMAT)
- Embedded financial instruments
- Insurance-linked products
- Transaction-based services
- Value-added operational tools
Role Overview
The Manager – Logistics Platform Monetization & Scale will:
- Drive revenue growth across existing L.OS deployments
- Launch and commercialize innovative monetization modules
- Identify new demand drivers within fleet and logistics ecosystems
- Collaborate closely with product teams to transform new features into revenue streams
- Activate ecosystem partnerships to facilitate scalable adoption
This role is centered on scaling and expansion, not on early-stage development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Scale
- Achieve defined L.OS revenue targets
- Expand existing deployments across fleets and operators
- Drive the adoption of multi-site and multi-module solutions
2. Platform Monetization Expansion
- Identify high-potential monetization themes such as:
- Regulatory compliance modules (e.g., HAZMAT)
- Financial services and embedded finance
- Transaction-based services
- Insurance-linked solutions
- Create structured commercial cases for new modules
- Propel market adoption of new revenue features
3. Demand Generation & Vertical Expansion
- Develop vertical-specific playbooks
- Identify emerging use cases across the logistics ecosystem
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize revenue-impacting enhancements
4. Strategic Account Development
- Strengthen relationships within existing fleet and logistics customers
- Transition from single-module deployments to platform-level integrations
- Establish long-term commercial partnerships
5. Ecosystem Activation
- Collaborate with:
- Fleet management providers
- Financial service partners
- Insurance ecosystem players
- Telematics and compliance providers
- Structure revenue-sharing or transaction-based models
Required Experience
- 5–8 years in:
- Logistics technology platforms
- Fleet management SaaS
- Embedded finance within mobility
- Compliance automation or transactional services
