About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with various Oscar stakeholders to identify and seize opportunities for enhancing the member experience. Your strategic mindset, analytical prowess, and innate curiosity will empower you to foster relationships that lead to meaningful improvements.
You will report directly to the Associate Director of Member Strategic Initiatives.
Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, following a hybrid work schedule with three days of in-office work each week. Thursdays are mandatory for team meetings and events, while the remaining two days can be adjusted according to your preferences. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,576 to $154,318, in addition to an array of employee benefits, participation in our unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
