ABOUT YOU
As the Manager of Paid Social Media, you will spearhead growth initiatives through impactful social media campaigns that consistently surpass client expectations. Your strategic insights and robust understanding of paid social platforms, audience targeting, creative testing, and analytics will enable you to craft actionable roadmaps, performance dashboards, and engaging presentations that inspire confidence among stakeholders. You will focus on initiatives that yield significant results, guarantee impeccable execution, and mentor team members to enhance their skills. As a key player in our agency's thought leadership, you will contribute to building a high-performing team that delivers outstanding outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the strategic development and execution of paid social media initiatives across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring performance aligns with efficiency, growth, and budget targets.
- Design and implement optimization and monitoring strategies tailored to platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Oversee paid social contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
- Assess, prioritize, and execute initiatives that promise the highest potential impact on performance and audience growth.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategy teams and channel representatives to provide clear, strategic recommendations for paid social efforts and facilitate client communications.
- Contribute valuable insights and narratives to essential client deliverables, including tactical plans, creative strategies, and business reviews.
- Ensure all paid social activities undergo rigorous quality assurance and are executed accurately, maintaining strong stewardship of client budgets and brand standards.
- Mentor team members by supporting onboarding, providing account context, and developing both technical and strategic paid social skills.
