As part of the Global Revenue Strategy team, the Manager of Revenue Excellence & Culture will support the Senior Director in enhancing process optimization, standardization, and fostering a revenue-oriented culture within the organization, with a strong focus on revenue management systems.
This role, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Excellence & Culture, is pivotal in upholding revenue process integrity, implementing standardized operating procedures across various systems, and facilitating the commercial strategies set forth by the group.
The ideal candidate will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing robust support to diverse hubs in the integration and execution of global processes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the impacts on the entire revenue technology ecosystem.
Strategic vision and excellent organizational skills are crucial, as the Manager of Revenue Excellence & Culture will lead strategic projects with a strong focus on processes.
Ultimately, this role will significantly contribute to advancing best practices in revenue management while participating in the ambitious systems transformation within the group, particularly in the rollout and adoption of Revenue Management Systems (RMS), while also supporting changes within the Accor technology stack to address revenue management needs.
