Join our dynamic SMB Business Development team, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing strategic partnerships with our most valued restaurant partners. We focus on critical moments such as contract renewals, exclusivity negotiations, and impactful strategic initiatives to ensure the long-term success of these partnerships before transitioning them back to our broader Account Management team. Our collaborative approach involves working closely with Product, Strategic Finance, Selection, US Local Markets, and Legal teams to enhance retention, exclusivity, and deal efficiency at crucial junctures.
About the Role
As the Manager, SMB Business Development - Retention, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing the success of our key partnerships, ensuring our top restaurant partners realize their full potential on our platform. You will be responsible for implementing strategic interventions that promote retention and exclusivity, executing high-stakes deal strategies, and driving product adoption throughout the critical phases of the restaurant partnership lifecycle. Additionally, you will lead a team of four direct reports, dedicated to enhancing their growth and effectiveness in executing impactful partnership engagements. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.
You will report directly to Blair Toll, Sr. Manager of Top Restaurant Partnerships, within the Rx Success organization.
