SUMMARY
In the role of Solutions Support Engineering Manager, you will lead a global technical support team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will manage a team of up to eight engineers, empowering them to resolve technical challenges through a combination of debugging, networking, system administration, documentation updates, and solution creation using coding and scripting as needed, all while scaling our support offerings.
