About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations Manager who excels in process optimization and possesses strong analytical skills. This individual will thrive in bringing structure to ambiguous workflows while fostering collaboration across operations, product, and engineering teams. You will be instrumental in overseeing Traba’s marketplace operations in real-time, directly impacting customer satisfaction on a daily basis. As the champion of our Scaled Operations team, you will ensure seamless marketplace functionality, reporting directly to the Head of Worker Operations with opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Lead the optimization of live operations and support functions to enhance stakeholder satisfaction, retention, and growth, while improving operational metrics.
- Data Analytics: Utilize your expertise in SQL and analytical tools to dive deep into data, extracting insights that will guide process and product decisions.
- Subject Matter Expertise and Management: Drive team performance by actively engaging in daily operations and serving as the escalation point for all matters, with a focus on developing and coaching a globally distributed team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various operational teams to implement scalable processes as Traba expands, collaborating closely with product and engineering for operational improvements.
- Customer Obsession: Prioritize customer feedback and needs to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
