About Platform Distribution & Partnerships: The Platform Distribution and Partnerships (PD&P) division at NBCUniversal is key to the distribution and monetization of our expansive multi-billion-dollar portfolio of linear and streaming services. We engage with pay-TV providers, NBC broadcast affiliates, consumer technology platforms, devices, and consumer brands. This division plays a crucial revenue-generating role and encompasses content distribution, affiliate relations, and strategic partnerships across well-known brands such as NBC, Peacock, Bravo, Telemundo, and various FAST channels.
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Manager of Partner Marketing to spearhead the execution and refinement of strategic partnership marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing acquisition, engagement, and brand growth for Peacock. This pivotal role within the Platform Distribution & Partnerships team requires close collaboration with team leadership and senior executives to convert partnership strategies into outstanding go-to-market plans and co-marketing campaigns. The Manager will coordinate cross-functional efforts, interacting with various NBCU teams including Marketing, Publicity, Ad Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Additionally, this role will manage daily partner communications and ensure the flawless execution of integrated marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized and collaborative, able to juggle multiple stakeholders, synthesize performance insights, and offer insightful recommendations that shape broader partnership marketing strategies at NBCUniversal. A detail-oriented, data-driven approach is essential, along with a strong foundation in partnership marketing, campaign execution, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Partner Marketing Initiatives: Scale, nurture, and optimize partner marketing campaigns and initiatives to foster innovative co-marketing opportunities for Peacock.
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work alongside internal marketing teams to curate compelling messaging and supporting assets for diverse channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess key performance metrics and partnership KPIs to gauge the success of partnership initiatives and campaigns.
- Insights Contribution: Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership to guide decision-making and refine strategies for optimal impact and ROI.
- Manage Partner Relationships: Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external partners, cultivating strong collaborative relationships that drive mutual success while coordinating ongoing communication and partnership activities that enhance Peacock's growth and engagement.
