As a Manager, Partner Sales & Development at HubSpot, you have the flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or fully remote from France, Ireland, Germany, or Spain.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our esteemed partners and an exceptional team to enhance and grow our partner ecosystem, focusing specifically on the upmarket sector and partner-sourced business. This is a vital position as we expand in emerging markets including Iberia, Italy, MEA, and CEE.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a Partner Development team to meet and exceed quarterly MBOs and monthly goals aimed at increasing partner-sourced and influenced revenue, selling rates, and revenue retention.
- Build trust and confidence with team members while providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coach team members to enhance their comprehensive partner development skills and toolkit.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business; work closely with direct sales managers, directors, and executives to foster business growth.
- Leverage your strong business acumen to guide your team in driving strategic partner growth conversations with a focus on partner-led demand generation and execution.
- Recruit, select, and train new Partner Development Managers to maintain team headcount.
- As the Head of Channel for your region, regularly engage with partners to foster executive relationships, provide updates during Partner All Hands, and address escalations and concerns.
- Initiate and contribute to projects that significantly influence the foundation of the Partner Development organization at HubSpot.
- Stay informed about the HubSpot platform and developments within your market.
- Develop and implement plans to grow your respective country markets.
