As a key representative of the Quality team under the guidance of the Quality Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of AbbVie’s commercialized products within the global supply chain, leading a dedicated team under your supervision.
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary quality representative for the global supply chain, making informed decisions regarding product quality in collaboration with both local and global stakeholders.
- Overseeing the execution of the global post-market surveillance strategy, which includes developing and analyzing Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs) and managing Post Market Clinical Follow-up (PMCF) to proactively identify risks, enhance quality, and guide organizational decisions.
- Implementing a robust global complaint management strategy, focused on a proactive approach to assess and enhance customer satisfaction based on market signals.
- Managing the supplier quality strategy to select, evaluate, and cultivate high-performing partnerships that align with our commitment to excellence, innovation, and compliance.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the quality system by applying and maintaining comprehensive quality policies, procedures, and systems.
- Coordinating activities related to significant quality events, ensuring alignment and engagement from global stakeholders in critical decision-making processes.
- Administering stability programs, integrating data insights, and directing actions to ensure product reliability and longevity.
- Leading trend reviews and providing quality recommendations that support AbbVie’s vision and mission.
- Conducting audits, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and deploying actionable plans to enhance quality.
- Establishing and managing the departmental budget effectively.
- Leading a multidisciplinary quality team, fostering a collaborative mindset focused on performance and ownership.
