Job Purpose:
The Manager - Privileged Client Banking will be pivotal in fostering growth and managing influential client relationships within the Privileged Client Group (PCG) segment. This role is designed to enhance service quality and oversee daily operations and client engagements, ensuring team goals are consistently achieved while safeguarding client satisfaction and maintaining portfolio credit integrity.
Client and Market Analysis:
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients as required.
Business Origination:
- Assist in the creation of Term Sheets, Information Memoranda, Mandate Letters, etc.
- Provide support during the pitching and negotiation of deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Address client banking needs with assistance from team members as necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to meet targeted NPS scores.
Collaboration:
- Promote teamwork within the PCG group and liaise with product teams, international banking, credit, and other divisions.
- Contribute to Unit, Divisional, and Bank-wide initiatives as needed.
Operational Excellence:
- Adhere to relevant policies, processes, and operating procedures to ensure consistent and controlled operations.
- Conduct regular reviews of risk factors (credit, operational, compliance, etc.) within the portfolio.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation follow-ups and pipeline updates, to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality output.
- Ensure internal processes for the existing portfolio and new-to-bank clients align with the bank’s policies and procedures.
- Oversee KYC and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to the bank’s KYC and AML regulations.
- Guarantee timely submission of credit reviews and compliance with agreed conditions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client files.
- Ensure a satisfactory audit outcome for the portfolio.
- Meet process KPIs and comply with ORM, BCP, and Internal Audit standards.
- Prepare accurate statements and reports timely to meet the unit’s needs and standards.
Leadership:
- Serve as a role model for peers.
- Engage in learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
