Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough reviews of subscriber reports submitted by the Distribution Point Operators (DPOs) against audit findings, ensuring accuracy by reconciling subscriber counts, bouquet, and al-a-carte details with Master Service Records (MSR), head-end information, SMS, and CAS data.
Act as a liaison between DPOs, auditors, sales account managers, and the technical team to clarify queries and ensure understanding of audit findings.
Validate the explanations and clarifications provided by various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and transparency in the auditing process.
Enhance revenue protection measures, improve operational efficiencies, and maintain quality processes by managing audit working papers and reporting findings and recommendations effectively.
Communicate audit findings and demand calculations clearly to DPOs and support internal teams in negotiations when claims are contested.
Collaborate with the litigation team and legal counsel to provide necessary information to support legal proceedings.
Follow up with the litigation team and attend TDSAT hearings to facilitate the recovery of demand.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate governance policies.
Oversee challenge audit planning, reporting, and implementation to add value to the company through revenue protection, efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements.
Lead the collection of independent data points and prepare consolidated reports on a regular basis, utilizing analytics to substantiate challenge audits.
Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans that clearly outline the objectives and scope of each review.
