THE OPPORTUNITY
CONTEXT:
Ivalua is searching for a Manager of Solution Consulting to lead the premier Solution Consulting (SC) team on the Ivalua platform across the Americas. This role is pivotal in cultivating excellence among AMER SCs, supporting our strategic initiatives, developing state-of-the-art processes, and ensuring exceptional execution and delivery of our solutions to customers.
ROLE:
Building and leading a cohesive, purpose-driven team is crucial for success in this position. We seek an individual with a demonstrated history of managing an SC team and experience in leading technical solution consulting projects. The Manager will oversee a team that provides technical and solution expertise during our sales cycle while aligning our solutions with market demands.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Lead a team of high-performing SCs, encompassing career discussions, annual reviews, development plans, promotions, and recruitment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, and Services stakeholders to synchronize team operations with organizational goals.
- Serve as both a team player and coach, offering procurement services and consulting to clients while defining best practices.
- Formulate winning strategies and presentations for prospects by utilizing industry best practices.
