We are on the lookout for a Managing Director – Solutions (Flow / RCM) to become a vital part of our dynamic Growth and Solutions leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will influence and grow Innovaccer’s Flow Solution business across key enterprise accounts, collaborating directly with C-suite stakeholders to spearhead extensive RCM transformation projects.
Your extensive healthcare revenue cycle expertise, coupled with strategic problem-solving and commercial insight, will be essential in cultivating trusted relationships, crafting modernization roadmaps, and driving the adoption of Innovaccer’s Flow Solution among leading healthcare organizations.
A Day in the Life
- Lead Strategic Growth: Take charge of the expansion of Innovaccer’s Flow (RCM) business by identifying, shaping, and finalizing enterprise transformation opportunities with healthcare systems, MSOs, and provider networks.
- Executive Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and Revenue Cycle leaders—assisting them in enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency using Innovaccer’s RCM capabilities.
- Solution Leadership: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams to align Innovaccer’s Flow Solution with customer objectives and enterprise challenges.
- Value-Based Advisory: Develop RCM transformation roadmaps, create persuasive ROI and performance improvement models, and guide organizations through the implementation and adoption phases.
- Commercial Ownership: Manage executive-level negotiations, establish partnerships, and drive revenue growth across enterprise healthcare clients.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Innovaccer in executive briefings, industry events, and customer innovation sessions to demonstrate our approach to RCM modernization and excellence in performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide solution specialists, consultants, and solution engineers to enhance Innovaccer’s delivery capabilities and client impact.
- Voice of the Market: Gather insights from the field to inform product direction, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring Innovaccer’s Flow Solution remains top-tier.
What You Need
- 12–15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, enterprise consulting, or digital transformation roles.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and leading large-scale RCM transformations.
