Join our dynamic production team as a Manufacturing Operator, where you'll engage in a hands-on role focused on quality and precision. You will be responsible for producing high-tolerance components essential to our final product quality. In this role, you will receive training to operate various industrial machinery and will actively seek opportunities to enhance product quality and increase production efficiency.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 2:35 PM to 11:05 PM and Fridays from 1:05 PM to 8:05 PM.
Department: MB’s Tables
Interview Process: The selection process consists of two stages: a 30-minute Teams interview followed by a one-hour onsite interview.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your team to meet scheduled manufacturing targets.
- Receive training to set up and operate a variety of precision industrial machinery.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate recording and communication of technical measurements.
- Provide accurate updates on product status through our production control system and related documentation.
- Engage in cross-training to broaden your knowledge within the Tables Business Unit.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts and strive for continuous quality and performance improvements.
