- Direct and mentor the manufacturing team to achieve production goals and uphold quality standards while meeting customer expectations.
- Design and execute streamlined manufacturing processes to boost productivity and minimize costs.
- Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production area.
- Uphold high standards of 6S and ESD practices across the manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production challenges and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify and implement cost-reduction strategies.
- Guide team members through coaching and mentorship to cultivate a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Oversee the maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.
- Manage inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Prepare and present regular performance updates to senior management.
