Join our specialized team dedicated to the Fluid Connectors division, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the strategic and operational plans for the Chemistry, Medical, and Pharma sectors. You will be responsible for meeting sales objectives, managing key customer relationships, and orchestrating commercial initiatives alongside Stäubli units globally. Your responsibilities will focus on four key areas:
Market Evolution:
- Analyze market trends and customer expectations to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the Market Manager to devise growth strategies and actionable plans.
- Work closely with product development teams to customize offerings based on market needs.
- Engage in drafting proposals for tenders and negotiate contracts with major clients.
- Align marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach that maximizes product visibility.
- Oversee customer quality audits in collaboration with production and quality departments.
Product Marketing:
- Contribute to defining the value proposition for the market alongside R&D, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
- Identify unique selling propositions (USPs) for product differentiation.
- Lead the execution of comprehensive marketing plans in partnership with marketing teams.
Strategic Management:
- Determine key market segments and customers, developing go-to-market strategies with the Global Market Leader.
- Support market developers in their initiatives across global sales units.
- Facilitate collaboration between market developers and sales teams.
- Assess sales and marketing outcomes, suggesting strategic adjustments as needed.
- Report commercial performance and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Consolidate forecasts for Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP).
Sales, Marketing, and Pricing Strategy:
- Assist in formulating a global pricing policy responsive to regional market dynamics while enhancing profitability.
- Create sales plans tailored to the market segment.
- Establish targets, identify key clients, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Manage key accounts and coordinate negotiations for commercial opportunities with relevant sales directors.
- Design and oversee marketing campaigns for the market sector.
Mobility: Occasional travel required within Europe and internationally (15% to 20% of the time).
