Position Overview:
The Market Manager plays a key role in optimizing performance across designated markets by fostering sales leadership, ensuring consistent execution, and leveraging data to drive results. This position requires a blend of in-store engagement and remote coaching to cultivate a robust “Win the Day” culture while providing an outstanding guest experience. The Southwest Market encompasses eight locations: Panama City, Ft. Walton, Crestview, Pensacola, Pensacola Outlet, Spanish Fort, Mobile, and D’Iberville.
Key Responsibilities:
· Mentor and guide General Managers and sales leaders to enhance performance and engagement within assigned markets.
· Develop a strong leadership pipeline by identifying and nurturing future sales leaders.
· Establish clear expectations, monitor execution, and ensure accountability through regular follow-ups and presence.
· Foster a “Win the Day” culture by prioritizing daily tasks and maintaining focus across all locations.
· Provide impactful in-store coaching by modeling and reinforcing effective selling behaviors and leadership standards.
· Sustain momentum via remote coaching, including calls, video conferencing, and regular check-ins with store leaders.
· Enhance sales performance using data analytics, tracking KPIs such as revenue, SPG, close rates, average ticket, margins, finance, bedding, protection, and delivery.
· Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement action plans aimed at closing performance gaps and improving results.
· Serve as a consistent communicator, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans across all locations.
· Advocate for a customer-centric sales culture, ensuring that daily activities align with an exceptional customer experience.
