The Market Sales Manager is responsible for researching and propelling sales for all software products and services within the GolfNow portfolio. This role encompasses complete ownership of the sales cycle, which includes prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, relationship cultivation, and account penetration. Additionally, the Market Sales Manager will manage accounts and enhance their existing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in account management and relationship development.
- Conducting outside sales calls to potential Golf Course partners and prospects.
- Preparing, presenting, and finalizing tailored solutions for golf courses.
- Documenting all sales activities in the CRM database.
- Generating sales activity and revenue reports for submission to the Regional Manager regularly.
- Assisting with market and course analysis, including web checks and opportunity email initiatives.
- Implementing marketing strategies to boost partner rounds and revenue.
- Managing relationships with Multi-Course Operators as assigned.
The Market Sales Manager is expected to become a local golf economy expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of golf courses, marketing channels, market leaders, decision-makers, macroeconomic factors, and key competitors. This expertise, along with support from the Area team, will aid in maximizing key performance metrics such as the number of Golf Course Clients, overall market penetration, product adoption, tee time utilization rates, and local customer engagement levels.
