About the Role:
We are in search of a Market Strategist to join our Strategy & Operations team, responsible for designing, launching, and scaling Sprinter’s go-to-market and operational models in both new and existing markets. This position embodies a blend of strategic consulting and operational execution, demanding high ownership, extensive cross-functional collaboration, and a combination of structured problem-solving and hands-on implementation. (Previous experience in healthcare consulting is highly advantageous.)
As a Market Strategist, you will oversee the entire regional market strategy lifecycle—from planning and capacity modeling to executing daily operations—ensuring Sprinter can swiftly enter new markets, scale effectively, and meet the needs of both partners and patients. Collaborating closely with Sales, Partnerships, Clinical Operations, Product, and Data teams, you will convert growth objectives into actionable operating plans.
