As a Marketing & Advertising Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic paid media team. We are looking for someone with substantial experience in paid media operations who can tackle the tasks associated with launching engaging ads across platforms like Meta Ads Manager, AppLovin, and TikTok. Your primary responsibilities will include building, quality assurance, and launching a high volume of creative ads while ensuring meticulous tracking of spend and effective budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently build and launch finalized creatives (50-150 ads weekly) across various platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices and conducting thorough QA checks.
- Review assets to make informed decisions regarding landing pages, shop tags, and creative enhancements.
- Complete ad builds within 24 hours of asset receipt (excluding weekends).
- Maintain error-free ad copy and settings.
- Proactively identify platform changes, UI updates, and troubleshoot issues before escalating them.
- Communicate effectively with the paid media team as needed.
- Implement nightly ad pauses during low efficiency windows.
- Ensure accurate categorization of post-purchase survey data.
- Manage audience file updates and coordinate ad set relaunches.
