Marketing Associate (Contract-to-Hire)

We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Associate to amplify engagement and growth across IDEO's key channels. This role will focus on enhancing our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, email newsletters, and our website.
This is a contract-to-hire position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs.
Your Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Design and implement captivating social media strategies that align with our thought leadership, client case studies, and cultural initiatives.
- Collaborate to create and manage content calendars alongside our Editorial and Marketing teams, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Engage with our community on LinkedIn and Instagram, monitoring activity and adapting content as necessary.
- Work closely with the Communication team to address any negative interactions and ensure positive engagement.
Marketing Initiatives:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of content across various platforms, including HubSpot and website integrations.
- Partner with editorial, marketing, and design teams to produce engaging content.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and deadlines, seeking feedback from Design and Brand teams to refine our outputs.
- Support execution and reporting for key marketing projects, brand tracking, and sponsorships.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance metrics.
Content Creation:
- Document studio activities—including daily operations, events, and behind-the-scenes moments—through photography and video, editing this content for marketing and social media purposes.
- Organize and manage these assets within the Brand & Marketing Google Drive, collaborating with the program manager.
Research & Development:
- Lead the exploration of new and emerging channels, crafting strategies and proposals for innovative marketing approaches.
