About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and elevate our client’s marketing efforts through innovative automation strategies. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and fine-tune automated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned with sales objectives to achieve measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Workflows:
- Create and enhance automated nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows.
- Establish lead scoring criteria to prioritize high-value leads.
- Conduct tests on workflow logic to guarantee flawless execution.
Email Marketing:
- Craft, test, and launch email campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and calls to action to boost engagement rates.
- Ensure email templates are responsive, accessible, and maintain brand consistency.
CRM & Sales Coordination:
- Integrate automation platforms with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho) to streamline lead routing.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure timely and qualified lead handoffs.
- Analyze attribution from campaign engagement to revenue generation.
Data Management & Segmentation:
- Maintain and cleanse lead databases, eliminating duplicates and outdated contacts.
- Segment lists based on persona, industry, geography, or behavior.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA regulations.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue impact).
- Develop dashboards in HubSpot, Marketo, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on platform enhancements and automation best practices.
- Proactively recommend optimizations to enhance ROI and efficiency.
