Rehire is partnering with an esteemed company in the real estate sector to find a dynamic Marketing & Content Lead. This role is essential for elevating the brand's digital presence and transforming social media into a significant channel for lead generation and sales.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a commercial mindset and a results-oriented approach, who views social media as a strategic asset. The successful candidate will be actively involved in planning, creating, and editing content, as well as managing advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the brand's presence on social media platforms, focusing primarily on Instagram and TikTok.
- Create, coordinate, and implement content related to properties, developments, and business opportunities.
- Produce and/or oversee visual content, including photo and video editing, reels, virtual tours, and dynamic short pieces.
- Develop a content strategy with a focus on lead generation and closing sales.
- Identify commercial opportunities arising from social media interactions (inquiries, messages, leads).
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Innovate and execute creative ideas to showcase properties and real estate projects.
- Utilize clear metrics to assess reach, engagement, leads generated, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate directly with the sales team to enhance digital sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, community management, or similar roles with a focus on achieving results.
- Interest or experience in real estate is highly valued, though not mandatory.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to create appealing content.
- Proficient in current social media formats (reels, short videos, stories).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in content editing (both static and video) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in photography and video production is mandatory.
- Over 3 years of experience in Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads) with a background in real estate being a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from metrics.
