Your Impact
We are looking for a meticulous and energetic Events Coordinator to enhance Axon’s presence at various sponsored tradeshows and industry events. This role will be responsible for the successful coordination and execution of a substantial portfolio of regional and national events, focusing on delivering exceptional brand experiences, collaborating across departments with Sales and Marketing, and achieving tangible business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Location: Boston, Phoenix
Reports to: Senior Director, Head of Global Events
- Lead the planning and execution of over 75 events annually (including tradeshows, conferences, and experiential activations), ensuring excellence in brand representation and attendee engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align event strategies with business objectives such as pipeline generation, customer interaction, and product visibility.
- Oversee the complete event lifecycle, including planning, contracting, budgeting, logistics, staffing, product and promotional item coordination, and post-event analysis.
- Monitor and report on event performance, utilizing ROI metrics like lead generation, engagement levels, and attendee feedback to continually enhance future events.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts (covering production, logistics, A/V, transportation, and materials), identifying areas for cost efficiency and optimization.
- Provide on-site support during key events to ensure flawless execution and quick troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist with additional projects and initiatives within the Events team as required.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, experiential marketing, or project management.
- Ability to work from an Axon hub office Tuesday through Friday.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver with a strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
