Position Overview:
Join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team as a Marketing Intern, where you'll play an integral role in enhancing our sales process. You will assist in developing professional marketing materials, generating leads, fostering relationships with buyers and the local community, and managing community events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support New Home Consultants (NHC) throughout the sales and selection process.
- Present M/I Homes with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist in the opening of model homes to ensure an impeccable presentation.
- Help NHCs prepare compelling presentations for realtors.
- Register customers and manage data in the Pivotal system.
- Collaborate with NHCs to create and distribute flyers to potential buyers, realtors, and current homeowners, promoting events such as grand openings and open houses.
- Contribute to the inventory home marketing program by updating website content, tracking completion dates, editing photos, and verifying pricing accuracy.
- Perform routine administrative tasks including document processing, pricing updates, and maintaining sales material supplies.
- Ensure the accuracy of sales collateral such as brochures and website content.
- Assist with various special projects and tactical marketing initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events.
- Conduct market analysis and research on competitors.
