We are looking for a passionate Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) to join our team.
As a Marketing Lead, you will face exciting challenges including:
- Directly influencing growth processes and the ability to launch new channels.
- Mentoring other User Acquisition Managers with the potential to lead a team in the future.
- Launching and scaling campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), Quora, etc.
- Implementing growth hacking strategies and seeking opportunities for rapid growth outside of traditional marketing schemes.
- Evaluating campaign effectiveness by monitoring key marketing metrics and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Conducting competitor research and analyzing their marketing channels, materials, and user acquisition approaches.
- Collaborating with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives, setting tasks for designers, and participating in brainstorming sessions.
- Working with the product and tech teams to design effective conversion funnels and enhancing user flows.
What matters to us:
- 4+ years of marketing experience;
- Hands-on experience in creating and executing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads;
- Understanding of marketing metrics and their relationship with company financial outcomes;
- Data-driven decision-making skills with strong analytical abilities to interpret large volumes of information.
Bonus points for:
- 2+ years of managerial experience;
- Experience with TikTok Ads.
