Key Responsibilities
- Transform marketing processes, standards, and frameworks into clear, actionable guidance through IMKB articles and tailored learning materials.
- Develop engaging content that disseminates best practices, frameworks, and productivity insights throughout marketing teams.
- Design, deliver, and consistently enhance structured learning programs for both new and existing marketers.
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to facilitate the implementation and adoption of new or improved processes, while identifying and addressing gaps.
- Oversee, update, and refine documentation, templates, and learning resources to maintain relevance and consistency across various markets.
- Train and optimize the Marketing Bot to enhance scalable, self-service knowledge access using AI technologies.
