The Marketing Manager for Iberia will spearhead the development and execution of localized marketing strategies, closely aligned with our overarching European vision and Shift4's strategic goals. This pivotal role is essential in driving brand visibility, generating demand, and fostering revenue growth within the Spanish and Portuguese markets, while ensuring alignment with regional objectives and adapting initiatives to cater to local market dynamics. Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and the European Marketing team is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a robust marketing strategy for Spain and Portugal that aligns with the European framework.
- Localize and execute digital campaigns and lead generation initiatives that resonate with the Spanish audience.
- Modify Shift4 branding, messaging, and content to meet local market demands, ensuring brand consistency across all Southern European channels.
- Create engaging blog content, email marketing, and social media posts targeted at Southern European demographics.
- Assist in event marketing efforts, including trade shows and partner events.
- Oversee PR activities and manage agency partnerships.
- Collaborate with Southern European Commercial Teams to align on marketing priorities and targets.
- Ensure strong coordination with Product Marketing for timely communication of product features, updates, and launches.
- Support Iberian resellers with access to localized sales tools and materials.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to refine strategies and optimize marketing ROI.
