YOUR PROFILEYou hold a higher education degree in marketing, communication, event management, or a related field, and you have at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the live performance, cultural, or event sectors. Experience in ticketing would be an advantage.You possess a thorough understanding of marketing levers, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage commercial performance. You can handle projects meticulously and independently, with excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to work transversally.You are ideally proficient in Google Suite and Aparté.Additionally, you have an artistic and cultural sensitivity, a creative mindset, and a strong customer service orientation.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE…

Marketing Strategy:

  • Defining and implementing the marketing and commercial action plan for artistic events;

  • Creating content for commercial operations and analyzing their performance;

  • Formulating optimization recommendations based on analysis;

  • Deploying and enhancing the CRM tool;

  • Leveraging distributor networks;

  • Supporting the network in managing and optimizing the artistic marketing budget.

Ticket Management:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the network and ticketing service provider;

  • Assisting and training the network in the use and development of the ticketing tool;

  • Managing the communication and sale elements between productions and the network;

  • Analyzing sales velocity and monitoring performance indicators.

Barrière is seeking a Talent: a Marketing Manager for Performances & TicketingYou will join the Artistic Direction at the Group's headquarters, located in the heart of Paris.Reporting to the Artistic Direction, you will lead the marketing strategy for shows from their launch through to their execution, managing all ticketing-related matters. You will ensure sales performance, visibility of the shows, and consistency of messaging with the image and positioning of the Barrière group.
