In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with senior marketing leaders and cross-functional teams including field sales, medical affairs, clinical training, and market access to drive impactful brand initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve preparing marketing materials, launching innovative campaigns, and providing both analytical and administrative support to the brand team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing strategic marketing plans aligned with brand goals.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of marketing assets, including peer-to-peer content and sales tools.
- Analyze market data to support business performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with senior staff on unit demand forecasting and sales assumptions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Coordinate field insights gathering to evaluate marketing strategies.
- Facilitate the review and approval of marketing materials in collaboration with legal, compliance, regulatory, and medical teams.
- Support budget management for direct marketing expenses, working closely with finance and the brand team.
- Foster strong relationships with sales professionals, key physicians, and internal teams.
- Provide administrative support for national and regional congresses and society meetings.
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%).
