Kraaijeveld Groenten en Fruit is a dynamic family-owned business with over 150 dedicated colleagues. Based in Maasland, we import and export over 750 varieties of fruits and vegetables, ranging from local produce to tropical selections, serving customers across Europe.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation.
Your Responsibilities
This position is ideal for an ambitious marketer eager to take charge and make a tangible impact. You will lead our marketing initiatives, working closely with a marketing colleague and occasionally collaborating with external agencies or videographers, while maintaining overall direction.
Approximately 50% of your time will be spent on execution—launching campaigns, creating content, enhancing our social media presence, and advancing our employer branding. You will ensure our online visibility is professional, distinctive, and consistent.
You will collaborate with your marketing peer and external partners but will take the reins yourself. This may also entail traveling to farms to capture the story behind our products.
In addition, you will contribute to strategic discussions. How do we position our brand? How do we visualize the entire supply chain? How can we effectively communicate Kraaijeveld's values to both customers and prospective employees?
Key Duties Include
Enhancing employer branding and labor market communication.
Elevating our social media and online channels.
Developing content that showcases the narrative behind our products.
Setting up and optimizing campaigns, utilizing data for smarter operations.
Supporting and strengthening our presence at trade shows and events.
Contributing to brand positioning, development, and long-term marketing strategies.
You will work directly with the executive team and management, ensuring short communication lines where ideas are swiftly executed rather than endlessly debated.
