As the Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, you will oversee the creation and management of a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BoM) tailored for our life sciences and medical practice markets. Your responsibility will include developing targeted sales collateral, ensuring our teams are equipped with up-to-date, professional resources that enhance their success. You will serve as the essential link between product marketing strategies and sales execution, converting complex concepts into persuasive, sales-ready materials that drive pipeline growth and expedite deal closures. Furthermore, you will have opportunities to attend industry conferences and in-person sales training sessions, gaining hands-on experience and expanding your marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Enablement Content Strategy: Lead the BoM strategy, curating a comprehensive library of sales materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and specialized assets for our key market segments. Ensure all resources are current, professionally designed, and aligned with overarching messaging frameworks.
- Facilitate Competitive Success: Collaborate with the Principal Product Marketing Manager to transform competitive intelligence into actionable sales tools, including battle cards and objection handling guides that empower sales teams with necessary insights and communication strategies to stand out in the marketplace. Monitor content effectiveness and evaluate its impact on win rates and sales performance.
- Assist in Product Launches and Market Expansion: Work closely with the Principal Product Marketing Manager to transform launch strategies and messaging into comprehensive enablement kits, including training materials and sales-ready resources.
