- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Drive projects with a sense of ownership, accountable for business performance and sustained brand expansion.
- Integrated Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies that harmonize brand storytelling with sales across all channels.
- Operational Synergy: Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure the store design, service quality, and atmosphere reflect the brand vision.
- Financial Management: Construct and oversee brand P&L, conduct ROI evaluations, and develop business cases for new launches.
- Market Insights: Utilize market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities.
