We are pioneering a new category within local experiences, similar to Airbnb, but for swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and more!
The Role
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing campaigns that embed Swimply into the cultural zeitgeist. You will oversee the daily operations of influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and events, ensuring each activation is not only aligned with our brand ethos but also geared towards operational excellence and growth.
This position is a blend of strategic thinking and operational execution. You will craft innovative campaigns while developing the processes and systems that will help scale our marketing efforts effectively.
Responsibilities
- Influencer Operations: Identify, contract, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
- Brand & Partnership Campaigns: Execute co-marketing initiatives with lifestyle, CPG, and recreation brands, managing all logistics, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Event Execution: Organize and oversee Swimply's events (such as pool parties, pickleball tournaments, and local activations), handling everything from budgeting to vendor coordination to post-event analysis.
- Process Building: Develop playbooks, workflows, and reporting dashboards to ensure influencer, partnership, and event campaigns are repeatable and scalable.
- Performance Tracking: Manage campaign reporting, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize programs for maximum ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Design teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with user acquisition and retention objectives.
